I would like to be sure if that is true or not...??????

Scammers action
I received the same sms on my nokia mobile yesterday but i didnt beleive the message received from +447504413128 says: {Congrat ,Your cell number has won you 165,000 Thousand Pounds on the ongoing NOKIA promo,For claims email your name and mobile no to nokiaunituk@hotmail.co.uk} so the problem is where did these people get our number? how did they know we are using nokia? why did nokia office didnt take any action to these scammers? so what is the fact action about?
