Better than what I have read about them!!
I feel people should make their own decision. Here is my experience...
I ordered my tv from Amazon on Aug 5th. They said it would arrive by Aug. 15th. On the 15th I called Non Stop Delivery (NSD). When speaking to customer service they told me that the tv didn't have a shipping label, so they had to wait and that it just got there. I wonder how Amazon was able to give me a tracking number from NSD with the delivery date (15th) on Aug. 9th if NSD didn't have my shipping information? Anyway, they (NSD) quickly sent me an email with the estimated delivery date of Thursday Aug. 17th. On that day I called again and was told they only deliver this far north on Mondays. I had no problem with that because I do live very rurally. So on Aug. 21st I was told between 11am-3pm they would arrive, at 3pm I received a call. She told me that the truck had broken down but deliveries are still taking place and they would just be late. No problem, I was watching NASA talk about the eclipse anyway. By 8:30pm I called again. This time they told me they are coming up on Wednesday Aug. 23 between 8am-12pm. Eric and Tom arrived at 11:45am. They were very easy with my tv and gave me phone numbers if I needed help or had questions.
Now my personal opinion: Everyone I spoke to online, on the phone and the delivery men were all kind and courteous. I waited longer than I expected but it was not a bad experience.
