Wonder how the stay on business
Ordered online from Home Depot an item on 11/20/2017. So it would get here before Christmas. Item was supposed to be delivered 12/8, on 12/11 I called and found it had been sent to wrong terminal, but would be sent to correct one that day and I would have it on 3-5 days. On 12/18. I called about not receiving it yet,. They had to talk with wrong terminal to see if they actually had shipped it out from there and that coordinator wasn't in the office for approximately 1 hour and they would call back, no call back. Called Home Depot on 12/19,. Told by freight company they were trying to locate it and get it too me and they would call back. Called back to Home Depot again and finally told by freight company the had found it and we're trying to locate another freight agent to get it delivered and it could take up to 72 more hours before I would have a delivery date. So much for getting it by Christmas. Never order on online from them again. Just hope it isn't damaged if I ever receive it.
