Rude csr and lies

When I called about my delivery the lady hung up twice. Bad customer service.
Equipment has been with them for 48 hours now. Yet no sign of delivery schedule. They lie about not being able to reach me when they have the correct number for me. They are a nightmare. Wonder why companies use them!
I may not accept delivery if they don’t bring it on time
