Worst company EVER!!!

I placed an order for a very specifically sized washer from Home Depot on line on October 27. I was told to expect delivery between Nov. 12-14. I did not hear from NSD by the 13 so I called and told them that if it was not delivered on that day I would not be able to get it until Nov. 26th because of the holiday and my work schedule. The woman I spoke to assured me this would be "no problem". I looked on line Nov 25 to see the status of my delivery only to discover it was CANCELED. I called and was told I had received the answering service but someone would be in touch in the morning. Morning came and no call. I called and was told that the order had been canceled on the 21st by Home Depot. He reiterated this several times sighting Home Depot as the cause of the cancellation. I called Home Depot who assured me that if they had canceled they would have contacted me and given me back my money. She contacted the company and we spoke to the same person who lied through his teeth stating he NEVER told me it was Home Depot who canceled. I was livid. I could not believe he lied. This was all Sunday so I needed to wait until Monday to get it reinstated. Monday came and I ended up having to work but on my breaks made the most frustrating calls I have ever had to make. I was told it would be Wed or Thurs before I would be able to get the washer. I told them I would need to have it delivered by Tues. because of my work schedule. I called Tues. and was told that they didn't have a truck and it would be another 2 or 3 WEEKS!!!. I told them I would go to pick it up which I had to get permission to do. In the mean time I called around to Ollies stores and found a washer that would fit the space I have available. I called Home Depot and cancelled the order completely. I now have my washer from Ollies. It is a better washer and I paid less. I waited a month for a washer that I never got!!!
