Worst shipping experience ever!

Ordered a large screen TV on Amazon and unfortunately they assigned shipping to this horrible shipping company, which should be renamed to Never Stop Delivery! They gave a 12 hour shipping window on Friday 4/17/21 and never called or texted. Tried calling them multiple times after 8PM and was placed on hold for 45 minutes and finally opted to "press" #1 for a call back, they never did. Meanwhile Amazon got involved and said it should be delivered Saturday between 7AM & 7PM but Amazon would call back at 1PM to see if we had received it yet. Amazon called at 1PM and we both sat on hold for another 20 minutes and finally a CS rep at NSD answered and explained to Amazon and myself, that the TV is at the local NSD terminal which is CLOSED until MONDAY where it "should" be delivered. Of course their own tracking still says out for delivery, at least we only wasted another half day waiting instead of another full day. In this day and age there is no excuse for treating customers this way. A simple call or text would have solved the problem. I hope Amazon drops this company ASAP, they have 1000's of horrible reviews!

Non Stop Deliver--Worst communication Ever

Home Depot uses Nonstop delivery as well. It is impossible to get through to whoever is actually in charge of scheduling deliveries or pick ups. Even if you are fortunate enough to get through on chat (rare), you will be promised a call back that never comes. If you call and elect to stay on hold to talk to a human, you will be on hold until the call gets disconnected or you give up since you have a life (I did it for 90 minutes once without success). If you choose the option of having them call you back, they never will--I tried this a few times. If you call the company where your order was made, they will attempt to reach NSD. If they do, they will be promised that NSD will call you back within an hour and the call never comes--I've tried this a few times. Your item also may be delivered when you are not expecting it with no 30 minutes in advance phone call.

For receipt of delivery--On one occasion, I checked the tracking information in the morning since I planned to be away in the afternoon and rain was expected. No delivery was listed. Two hours later, my item was delivered, no 30 minute phone call, and fortunately I was home to save my item from sitting in the rain for hours.

For pickup--On one occasion, I was randomly assigned a pickup date and time. I had done the song and dance shown above trying to reach NSD but never did. I only found out about the pickup by checking the tracking number on the NSD website. That one actually happened as scheduled. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a second pickup, which could have been done at the same time as the first one if it were possible to reach NSD. But, see the first paragraph. On at least 3 different occasions, I have been promised a call back from NSD within an hour. Of course the call never came.

I'm sure they were the low bidder on the Home Depot contract and I do appreciate getting free delivery. But, I don't know how they can stay in business with such poor customer service.
