How the &%$# can you say you lost my mattress, then in the next sentence say you never received it, when your own tracking shows that you have had it for 8 days and over 1000 miles?
Any company that uses your inept Three Stooges shipping service exclusively no longer gets my business, {Apologies to the Three Stooges, I didn't mean to insult you}. Thank you so much for losing my mattress when my bed that is actually a couch is near imploding.

Inept Delivery Service
Ordered a vanity from Home Depot - computer glitch cancelled my order 3 times - after the 4th order, agent on the phone said it went through fine (on phone with them for 30 minutes to make sure) Guess what - glitch cancelled it again. Discovered it was cancelled a week later. Now order processed, shipped, and now sitting in Indianapolis for 5 days and can't get it delivered. They won't let me pick it up - won't give me the name or number of the agent that does deliveries in Indianapolis - they really have no trucks or delivery people they hire agents only. When you call the call center, you get someone in Asia. Such a horrible and unreliable service.

This company sucks
What in the hell or how in the hell is this company NSD still in business. After reading all these reviews that some are from 2012. This is 2018 and four purchase I have made through purchasing power they've used Nonstop Delivery. Everyone of them I had issues. Now here it is August 27 my order was made on August 1st, this is the second set of speakers I am waiting on because they said they lost the first set. To top it off purchasing power was ok with it because I was already being billed. After all the reading I have come to the conclusion that they have a lot of theives working for them or they are that damn stupid enough to where they should not be allowed to bread.... Along with those companies that still are using the no brain NSD...

Beyond a BAD Experience
Two months ago I bought Patio Pavers at Home Depot. Who knew they hired an agent to deliver them (NON STOP DELIVERY).
Three Pallets were delivered (week late) and upon delivery almost 2 pallets worth of pavers were damaged, either broken in half, cracked, or large chips (45 damaged of the 96 pavers). The wooden crate were quite damaged so am assuming they were dropped.
I have been calling them, emailing them, constantly for 2 months and they say they can't provide a return date for pickup of the damged goods. They said they are busy and thats the best answer I can get. Of course they say they escalated, and nobody ever calls back, they dont respond to Emails, and the pavers are blocking my driveway for 2 months. Its incredibly bad service, and I cant get the charge off my credit card yet, and there seems no hope they will respond to the damaged good they delivered. I'm involving Home Depot who said they have escalated to Corporate Non Stop Delivery, but they are frustrated by lack of response too.

NDS is BAD NEWS - DO NOT USE
Their name should be LSND, Long Stops No Delivery! Freight was at their depot for more than a week. I contacted 5 days after tracking said it was to be delivered only to find out it was still in final stop terminal not scheduled to be delivered yet. Asked where the warehouse was, so I could come and get. They wouldn't tell me due to security. Security?? This isn't Afghanistan this Colorado. NSD rep didn't even get sarcasm. (I now know they need security from all the angry customers) They wouldn't tell me when freight would be scheduled. I said it is already 5 days after you said it was to be delivered. Called Home Depot. They told me freight location which was one hour drive from my location. I wanted to go pick up at NSD depot. NSD told Home Depot Rep, no I could not pick up. NSD told Home Depot that they would try to get it out next day and would notify me in 24-48 hrs. I asked Home Depot, WTF? Next day would mean it would be delivered in less than 24 hrs and they are going to notify me in 24-48 hours if the freight was to be delivered in less than 24 hrs?? Even Home Depot Rep laughed and told me, sorry but there was nothing she could do.These guys are wacked. Tracked freight on NSD web sight the next day to see if scheduled. NSD said no it is not scheduled yet and gave me new date which will be 4 more days for the hour drive. Again i was told i could not pick up.
DO NOT order from HOME DEPOT on-line or you will get these guys delivering your freight. If you are getting construction material for a job your schedule will be messed up. I WILL NOT order from HOME DEPOT again! Not only does NSD suck, their whole process is stupid! How much money would they have saved if I picked up freight from their terminal? They would have still collected their full freight price from Home Depot with only doing half the work. Complete Dumb asses and very bad customer service. Have yet to see condition of freight when it arrives, IF it arrives.... LSND freight company!

Home Depot's use of NSD is a bad business decision
After many many years, buku bucks, and many builds, have made a decision not based on cost, but solely on schedule. I cannot imagine ever putting "Home Depot on line ordering" any where near a critical building path again. Their incestuous use of the incompetent shipper "NSD" has cost us more than one client, and based on prior reviews here, we are not alone. It is beyond my wildest imagination why our favorite big box continues to use NSD for anything other than bad press. Eventually, Home Depot may begin to care about their on-line business, but by then we will be so alienated by their use of NSD for on-line purchase shipping/returns that Home Depot may suffer at the big boxes themselves. That's the way it works for me. Let me down once, ok. Twice, maybe ok. But, let me down repeatedly and not show effective concern - and we are done forever. No kidding, forever. I am the boss, and just ordered everything that says Home Depot on it into the dumpsters. Home Depot may ignore this kind of feedback, but my friends/associates won't.

Terrible service
I ordered a bike from Nordic trak 2 weeks ago and was assured I'd get it within 10-14 days. I was then told the shipping company was C. H. Robinson, and they said it would arrive in Pasco, WA yesterday at 1pm. After contacting them I was told that the shipping company was actually Old Dominion. Again the bike was supposed to arrive on 8/11/2020. Further checking found that it would be delivered by OD to a company called NSD yesterday and would be delivered to me today by 2pm. I tried chatting with them, and while I had to enter all my info twice, they said I might get it by the 20th. I had also been told it would ship from CA and saw tracking indicating that it was making its way north through OR. But then NSD said it would ship from UT. They really had no idea where it was and then hung up on the chat session. This is the worst delivery service I've ever had to deal with. After contacting the other shippers I was assured it would arrive at NSD Pasco today with delivery within 24 to 48 hours. Again though NSD denied this. Worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Hate to think what condition the bike will be in if it ever arrives.
