Worst delivery service
I had some bedroom furniture delivered which I purchased through wayfair and wanted to return it. I was supposed to receive a call from NSD within 48 hours of registering the return to schedule a pickup. When I didn't receive a call, I started calling them and very quickly got the runaround. It has now been 3 WEEKS (and 2 days) and a pickup date is STILL not scheduled. I have literally been calling them every day (they have not made any effort to reach me) and they frequently say they are unable to make contact with the local terminal in NJ. They later told me the terminal was backlogged and needed to move out inventory before they could acccept new returns. And most recently, I was told I live "too far" from the local terminal and I'd have to wait until they had another reason to head out my way. I live 1 hour from the town where the terminal is located. In what universe is that "too far" to accommodate a pickup that I am owed?? The people I get on the phone say there is nothing they can do. I have escalted and left messages with supervisors and have gotten no call back. Of note, I will not receive my refund until the furniture is on the truck so they are holding my refund hostage. Furthermore, I'm expecting another delivery of furniture I actually want and have no where to put it because this wayfair furniture hasn't been removed. Wayfair has been similarly unhelpful and have been unable to reassign the pickup to another service per my request. The "service" from NSD has been horrific and absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. And since they are the contracted delivery service for Wayfair, Wafair has similarly lost a customer in me.
