No money refund!

I ordered a circuit board from North Shore Commercial Door company some time ago, knowing that it'll take some time till i'll get the product because of the shipping and other reasons. After a while i checked what's the situation with my the board on their website, because i still haven't got it. They said everything was fine with the delivery from their side, and they don't know what's the problem. Anyways, it's a really problematic company, as i see them!

I was scammed for $78 Bucks

I ordered springs for my door and they sent the wrong ones. They are trying to stand behind their no refund clause on springs. I agree with other reviewers and think this is a scam company. They sent me the wrong ones so I am screwed. Man up to your errors. The springs they sent are weak garbage compared to the ones that I am trying to replace.
