Crédit card terminal never worked

I signed a contract for PTS-Wifi EMV (terminal for crédit card) with Northern Leasing Systems, inc.which was represented by Collective POS. Our terminal has never worked correctly and they are replaced, but no succes. I tried to cancel with Collective Pos, which the accepted, but NLS Leasin ULC refuse to cancelled the rental agreement for the therminal and want to charche me 9 000$ to cancel it. We made stop payment at the Caisse Populaire, but unfortunately the fraud the system and créated an other account every month to cash the montly payment, which I dont want to pay because I am not using their terminal since january 2013. I made search on internet and I found very negative point toward this company. Please would you informed me if you have something else regarding this company. I will sent them a restricted order to cancel my contrat for non services.
