very very unprofessional!
This company has low standards of customer service. Firstly, they assumed I am so stupid to order an every-2-month delivery instead of normal. Secondly, they wanted me to drop the package into USPS myself! Isn’t that amazing? After arguing with them, they agreed to pick it up themselves though, but it was a very unpleasant experience.

Sold me meds for $50 that do not work
The product that I purchased for $50.00 is an absolute scam! I am on recovery after an operation, and I’ve been told to buy these Soothanol-X2 from NorhStar Nutritionals. The pain does not go away. Cheaper pills do a better job, than these expensive ones.

AFTER ONE FIRST ORDER THEY USED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN WITHOUT ANY NOTICE I HAD TO CALL THEM THEY RECHARGED THE CARD BUT NOT THE BANK FEES AND CLOSED MY PHONE CALL
DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE PEOPLE
AND THE PRODUCTS ARE WITHOUT ANY EFFECT

I ORDER ONE BOTTLE OF OcuXanthin. FROM NORTHSTAR NUTRITIONALS AND CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD .
ONE MONTH LATER MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE SAME AMOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
NOT JUST THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANY ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE .
NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT TO HAVE THIS AMOUNT CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CART.
BE AWARE !!!!!
AND THE SUPPLEMENT DID NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT EITHER.

SUPERFOOD CANCELLATION FOR AUTO-DELIVERY
I called your Customer Service number on 3/2/18 and cancelled the autoship; yet I was charged the full price of $109.80 on my credit card statement dated 3/18/18. I didn’t receive the 2nd package to date and don’t want/need your product due to a newly developed liver problem. Today is April 1, 2018 and I request an immediate refund. Thank you.

I have just received notice that my credit card was debited by $139.85 by NORTHSTAR NUTRITONALS on 7th July 2018. I did not place an order for anything nor did I receive anything from them. I have reported the matter to the Fraud Department of my credit card company.

I placed an order for 3 month supply of "Revitalone" supplement for $549.00 and used my credit card. North Star then made an offer that if I upgraded my order I could get 6 months for $894.00 and upgraded to the 6 month supply for $894.00. Bank card suspected fraud as they had just approved the first order for $549.00 minutes before. I called bank that had my credit card account and they told me that the first charge had been submitted and approved. I called North Star and tried to get North Star to charge me the difference between the first charge of $549.00 and the upgraded charge of $894.00 for 6 month supply and ship 6 month supply, North Star refused to do so . Told me they could not cancel the order that had just been placed minutes before and was still being processed and could not have been shipped. North Star told me I would have to wait till I received shipment and refuse delivery. It appears North Star is bankrupt and trying ts scam people. DO NOT ORDER FROM NORTH STAR ! As North Star refuses to deal with me on this matter I am placing a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
