Unsolicited "renewal" of norton product!
My Credit Card has been charged GBP39.99 for Automatic Renewal of Nortons security-even though this was cancelled six months ago-I do not think I stand a chance of getting a refund-as I am still waiting for the refund on last years cancellation
There seems no way of getting in touch with them-the telephone Number on there receipt is useless as you just get a recorded message saying not available,

Unsolicited "renewal" of norton product!
I was e-mailed by Norton that my Master Card will be automatically billed $29.99 on 1/2/12. The order number is AP120158807. My serial number is O004819368257. I do not authorize Norton automatically billing me. I wish to end my association with Norton after a virus infected two computers protected by Norton. James R. Halleck

Unsolicited "renewal" of norton product!
I recently had a computer failure and was unable to recover all my information/memory to my new computer. I no longer need Norton
protection on my new set up, but I am still locked into Norton annual renewal for my old computer which has been destroyed. How do
I get out of this renewal process when Norton takes annual renewal charges from my credit card account automatically...my Norton
account details were not recoverable from my old computer...How do I speak to Norton about this anomaly??. I do not want my
credit card to be debited for something I no longer need..

Unsolicited "renewal" of norton product!
I was not told by Norton that there was a charge for renwing my Norton product and it was not until I had been told by them that my bank account had been debited by £44.99 that I was made aware of the fee. I think this was underhand . I can not afford at this time to have this £44.99 deducted from my account. Please can Norton refund the payment. I no longer wish to continue with Norton products and wish to uninstall the present system.

Contract renewal
Dear Sirs,
Contract ref. AP218767606
You have advised me that by your automatic renewal service you will charge £64.99 for one further year's protection.
The contract which is about to expire was opened in February 2011 for two years at a fee of £74.98. Can you now offer a two year contract at a similar fee, otherwise the present fee represents a huge increase; can you tell me how that is justified?
The comments from your customers published above make depressing reading, perhaps your customer service has now improved.
Yours sincerely,
Derek Sagar

Communication 'leakage'
I am surprised and deeply resent my query to Norton appearing on 'ReviewsTalk', amongst comments on the behaviour of US children in Walmart. Surely this linkage cannot be helpful and should be severed.

renew with a different package
My subscription will fall on May 18, 2013 and I want to renew but with a different package from the old one. What I want is Norton 360 licensed install 1 and no more Norton Virus Removal Assurance, if that is possible please let me know how much you will charge from me.
Many thanks,
Opart

Conflicting renewal information
Norton has provided two different responses re. My automatic renewal and backup dates. Too confusing to handle in writing. I tried providing the info requested to get a telephone number -- number comes up for one second and disappears. So I try chat and keep getting robotic responses, and the chat person disappears when they either can't or don't want to address my question--happened three times. If Norton cannot handle information in an efficient and responsive manner, how can we trust the security and backup of our information with Norton? Then in response to my issue, I get a do not reply email apology that then requests me to follow the same means of contact that did not work! A most frustrating customer service experience that is leading me to another security provider.

I just renewed my Norton subscription 4/14/2016, for $49.99, I gave you a new credit card number, and a new password.
When I tried looking into my account, the new password was not excepted, and I noticed on your renewal notification, that
my subscription went on my old credit card #9219. It is okay, because the credit card is still active, but I hope that I will not be charged on two credit cards? Next time, I will use my new credit card, please take note!
Please look into this matter, I am waiting for your reply.
Thank you,
M. Fontayne

Renewal Status
I just received an email from you that began with "Now's the time to come back to Norton, etc.". Please be advised that on June 12, 2015 I purchased a renewal of Norton 360 for $89.99, Order Number AP1152546439 for which was paid from my credit card. Kindly verify that I am still covered as this is of great concern to me. I anxiously await your reply.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. Grace N. Osterlund, 9/03/2015

On August 4, 2018 my account was dinged for $120.44 for Norton Security Premium and now my account has been dinged for $98.54 for Norton Security Deluxe on August 16, 2018. What gives here? I want to delete one of these software. Who do I have to contact to get this corrected? My phone is: 615-319-0804 and my email is: [email protected]
A swift response would be appreciated!
