I looked at my bank acct online and to my surprise there was a charge for $173 from Norton. I don't even use Norton let alone virus protection that costs over $100.

Now have 2 nortons/2 charges
Thought I ordered Norton on 5/20/13 (WVYBXVJ8G9CD) on card ending ..5414, costing 59.99 plus tax 4.20=64.19. Then received subscription auto renewal (billed 5/25/13) on same card costing 85.59. Both are on my MasterCard at present time. Would like to keep auto renewal and delete the item from 5/20 and be reimbursed for same. Something, somewhere is terribly wrong and needs correcting ASAP. Please let me know what I or you have to do to rectify this matter.

Double Billed
I was double billed on my U.S.Bank Visa account on 5/7/13 and 5/15/13. I only subscribed to one renewal. After speaking with a rep from Norton, he said he had to charge me $99 to get my $63.59 credit back. Make sense, eh??? Well, then it was reduced to $50..Ha Ha. I got very frustrated speaking with them and told them I was cancelling my subscription to Norton and wanted a full credit to my account in the amount of $127.18. This was done around the third week of June. They were very rude and said "goodbye". I now have another software product I am happy with and still no credit to my account and, I'm still getting emails that my subscription has expired on June 5. I called today, July 9, and was hung up on by someone called Harry in the Tech Dept. I would like my credit back on my Visa now. Please take care of this for me.
