Not refunding me
It appears you entered into a contract with a debt relief company to assist you with reducing your debt. At or about the same time you signed up with the debt relief company, you authorized NoteWorld Servicing Center (“NoteWorld”) to initiate electronic debits from your bank account to satisfy the amounts payable under the terms of your contract with your debt relief company.
NoteWorld offers consumers, who have chosen to use such companies to help them manage their debt, a payment option for the secure handling of their money. By using NoteWorld to process their payments, consumers are assured that their money is being handled by an objective third party who is not involved in negotiating any debt relief options with their creditors. Consumers may opt-out of the servicing arrangement at any time with instruction to NoteWorld. NoteWorld is not a debt relief company and undertakes payment servicing obligations as an independent and objective third-party.
