Scam, Worst School Ever, Disorganized, Unethical
As a graduate of the Notter School of Pastry Arts as of Dec. 16, 2011, I feel I have received a very good education from them. I thoroughly enjoyed all of my classes. They use the best ingredients, equipment and supplies were plentiful, and I thought that the teaching chefs had tons of experience and did a great job passing on their knowledge to their students. Chef Notter is a world class pastry chef who personally taught 2 of my classes. Although it took me a little while to find a job, I am happy to say that I'm working at a Hilton here in Orlando and I love it!
Is their system perfect? No, but I went to school to learn the art of pastry and to get a job in the field and that's exactly what I did. You should go to the school and personally talk to the chefs there. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to talk to you about the school, the program, and to show you around. Best of luck to you!
