Novo Elite Fraud
Indeed a fraud and unhelpful when u have concerns.
Had similar problems with them. We got ours last August the very next day we requested to cancel and ask for refund, they said cancellation against their company policy but its was mentioned in the contract that membership may terminate within 7days of enrollment. Also, we have to pay 3,750aed admin fee if we wanted to cancel which is absurd! Imagine cancellation fee cost 3,750aed we haven't even use their services! Then they just make a counter offer, it's been 8 weeks since i requested the cancellation but to no avail. So, i make a complaint to DED its out of their jurisdiction since its holiday package and they advise to call DTCM contact: 600555559 email: [email protected]
My case is now on process.

It Gets Worse, Not Better
My continuing experience (see my earlier review below entitled Beware of Novo Elite) is even worse...if you are thinking of dealing with this company, buyer beware, applies, based on my experience. Anyway, now Novo Elite are telling me that my so called Platinum membership, which is "world wide" according to the sales pitch, is only valid in 11 cities. I asked for hotels in North America this summer, and they gave me these 11 cities in the Middle East and Asia, and said that is only where I could go! Basically, after two years, I have not managed to get a single night of the hotel package I have paid for, because every time Novo Elite will come up with an excuse to not give you what you paid for. On top of that, it is extremely difficult to get hold of anyone there, they will allocate a Relationship Manager to you, but he will never answer the phone, and insist that you send a Whatsapp message. Most of the time, even the Whatsapp messages don't get replied to. I finally called the DED (Department of Economic Development Dubai) and the gentleman there apparently knew Novo Elite very well, that's how many complaints have been filed against them! BTW, filing a complaint with DED is quite easy, from Dubai just dial DED Consumer Protection 600 545 5555, select 2 for English, then 1 for filing a new complaint. Have your facts and documentation ready.
