I Am the victim of the novo elite holidays. We paid 6000 aed by credit card next day came to know that it's fraud company we are requesting to refund our money but nobody is answering to our phone calls.

Novoelite Bad Customer service

Hi My Name is Quresh and i am also victim of their bad customer service i was promise tickets for 2 but when i tried to book with their booking team i was told that they are not able to book tickets and told me to book ticket they will refund me more then 60 days now i havent received my claim

When i try to call Customer Relationship Officer Ms Gurleen first of all she never answers her call if she answer she dont know anything and second Mr Ameen who is always busy if u call him 10 time he will ans 1 time and give some excuses and will ask for some more time

I am.planning to file complain in Dubai DED for whole claim of 22000 dhs i hope govt will help me if anyone else is planning please contact me on ###

Novo Elite Holidays LLC is A FRAUD company

I don't know if there is still hope to refund the AED12000 I already paid to Novo Elite Holidays last September 2018. They are truly a FRAUD company! Their office is in Dubai, but their staffs went here in Abu Dhabi to sell their product/service but fooling people that they won the raffle draw and unfortunately, we were victimized by their deceiving scheme!

I already complained to Abu Dhabi DED regarding this issue but after 1 month I only got this message - "Please accept our apology as the requested information relates to an entity not supported by Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre. We are responsible only for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Western region and your invoice from Dubai"

I hope the UAE government can have a unified law to protect consumers across the 7 Emirates.

I feel really sorry for all the victims of this Novo Elite Holidays... I hope all the people behind this scheme will face the consequences if not here on earth perhaps on the next life after death.

NOVOELITE - Consumer cheating

Novo Elite group call you for a meeting and offer you some gifts and compel you to take their holiday packages. They have different packages. In my case, they first offered silver membership (18 nights with flight ticket) in which I was not interested. They they offered 6 nights for 5000 AED without flight ticket and I agreed and paid. When I tried to book my vacation, they asked me to pay AED 12000 more, else I cannot book. I have contacted some other customers and they also face the same issues.

Dear All,

Am from RAS AL KHAIMAH ,we are also a victim of this scam. we took the membership on May 2019, until now never received the service.
Tried many time calling them but no one have replied. Only some emails were replied that too not which proper confirmation.
we have asked them to refund for 12000 dhs but there HOD (Mr. saifulla) strictly mentioned no refund use your service.
after 4 months with no proper response they are forcing us to use the service.
