Fraudelent Travel Company-Novoelite

I have been also cheated by Novoelite.Iam a Platinum member for the last 2 years and have paid the entire membership fees.
They are not entertaining my request for vacation and giving some excuse or the other.
The office is closed and the staff are unresponsive. Pls advise what course of action can be taken legally to recover the money which I have paid to them.Any guidance/advice would be very appreciated.
