refused in a refund and in order cancellation
I made an order from this website and tried to cancel it same day. They refused me in cancellation and finally I received nothing. They refused me in a refund saying that thy could do nothing in that case.
I will never recommend them to anyone!

NTXTOOLS (NTX.BZ) LIARS
I have made an order about 4 months ago, it took over 3 months to get the product. When I first called they said they had the product so that they can send it to me right away. I wired the money waited no reply so I called them they tell me that they did not have it in stock so they had to re-order it. (NO NOTICE WHAT SO EVER WHAT WAS GOING ON) I have kept e-mailing no reply back. Then they tell me that it was shipped out when I called the shipping company they tell me they never got it. So had to call them again ask them what was going on, they give me an excuse. So I asked to talk to there manager it was the same guy just changed his name and tone of voice. So I explained what was going on he said he would look into it. A week later I call again I ask about my product he tells me it has been and expected to arrive in 2 weeks. Later I find out from the shipping company it has not been sent and it will take 1 month to get it. Trying to get the product faster I ask NTX to find a solution they tell me they can't do anything. So I leave it as it is. Paying a penalty of 1800$ a month for the machine cause we had a contract with another company for these machines. Parts comes in having a problem with one of the machines. Asked them to find a solution on what to do about the machine he tells me me he will look into it and get back to me it has been 1 month still NO REPLY. I have been calling him almost everyday and all he does is say that he is still waiting for a reply from Robinair. I had to order 1 more machine and I still haven't gotten a quote it has been 1 month. NO REPLY. NTX owes me money for paying more on the shippment and still I haven't gotten my money back. It's been 2 months waiting for a reply with many calls and e-mails. NO REPLY. I sent him a e-mail about the FTA to be signed so that my company can get the taxes back. over a month. NO REPLY. So much problems, I don't think I would recommend this company to anyone. It would be better paying more and getting a better service. I thought cause the price was cheap it would be ok but on the long run I have paid double the about and lots of stress. I would not recommend this company, pay a bit more money and get less stress.

poor experience
Purchased car details from this dealer and I was highly disappointed when I received my order - instead of high quality details I paid for I received cheap Chinese junk and seller ignored me when I tried to contact him. I will never recommend this seller to anyone after such experience
