Charged my credit card and never delivered products!
Stay away from the fraud company. I began using their product and took for almost 2 months with no progress. I eventually became hospitalized with higher blood pressure. I contacted customer service and they instructed me to mail the unused product back and I would receive a refund guaranteed. 1 month later still no word from this bogus company. I have called several times only to get an apathetic person on the other end. I'm now disputing the charges with my bank to receive my money.

I got money back after having sent them a letter I got from the customs that the pills can not be introduced in Norway. The sender is not authorized to export these pills. So I got the money back.

I cant believe i am reading all of this from Australia i bloody just brought some last night have never done this before what pricks who does this to people - i have contacted my bank this morning they are going to hopefully get the charge reversed if they find out it is a scam and if its not they advised if i don't get my product within the terms they will refund within 6 weeks - stupid diet pills never again if they don't come through with the promise

I ordered these 4 days ago and they arrived this morning. I am in the UK. I don't know of any of you other people who received theirs quite quickly are also in the UK. Obviously don't know if it works yet, but am not confident, despite what it has said on the site. I tried a different diet pill from a company called Natural Choice in Guernsey. I lost 10 lbs, but put put that down to just having Special K for breakfast and lunch and a light supper. They also made me constipated, so I retuned them after 3 weeks. I got a FULL REFUND PLUS and additional £10 cheque (overspend missed on order at the time) within a week.

The same happened to me, but I ordered from nuvoryn.no (Norway). The goods have been sent, but was stopped by the customs - and I thought I had ordered from a Norwegian company! Nobody replies to my e-mails and there is no telephone No.

Hi I ordered mine 3bottles the one free ordered on the Thursday and recived em by sat thought it was really good actually don't know weather its because yous are ordering from along way but I live in uk and got min...I have received other diet pills from america before and it did take 6 weeks so don't give up if I got mine I'm sure yous will get yours in time....just wait to see if they work will get bk in couple of weeks.

I placed an order back on January 23, 2012 and according to my bank account they charged me for two orders and so far I have received double nothing! I sent an e-mail March18, 2012 and have had no reply, I'm searching for a physical address to forward to both the state and county attorneys offices and alert them about what appears to be a scam according to the complaints I've read here. Wish I had searched for complaints before placing any order with this bunch of hoodwinking, hornswoggling scam artists. I urge the rest of you victims to do the same! Best of luck. L.D.

Some of the testimonials are taken right off the Dukan Diet (.co.uk) website. A sure sign that this product is just a scam.. check it out for yourselves!

I ordered from nuvoryn uk, i ordered one bottle, and i started taking them as instructed the next 2 days that they arrived after id placed my order. Within 11 days of doing this diet, i honestly lost 1stone!!! I honestly was so happy on this diet. I do recommend them. All diets affect different people, where i lost a stone someone else could of only lost 3lb!! But it is real, it does work and its not that expensive either!... Good luck girlies xx

Still No Money Recieved
I oredred my Nuvoryn on the 26th of March. After waiting a month I was then only notified that my product was unable to be shipped to me. I was then told my money would be refunded to me ASAP. I called the Nuvoryn help desk order line which always diverts to the UK number (I thought there was a Nuvoryn is SA as well???? ), anyway, I called to notify them that My credit card was now paid off and closed and gave them my savings account details to pay the money into. I have spoken to 5 different people who say they have sent a message but no one freaking gets back to anyone!! A lady then told me she doesnt think it can be paid into a savings account because of tracking numbers?? HELLO THEN TELL ME HOW THE HELL I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK!! My money is not a free for all Nuvoryn!! I want my money back!! Maybe we should all go to an Attorney and take all our complaints head on. This is absolute nonsense!! I work hard for my money and I deserve my money back. It is not my duty or my responsibility to run after you people. Thats your job!
I am so disgusted!!

okay I'm getting really pissed at this damn company! I ordered 2 +1, but when the cans did not come (3 week waiting) , I emailed and threatened to report them for fraud if they did not fix it! I was surprised when I got the answer right away from a nice girl how said she was sorry and asked if I want a refund or if she would send the pills again. I explained that I wanted to try the pills and after 4 days they came to me in the mailbox.
I have not noticed a thing, perhaps you get a little "hyper". Otherwise, I just noticed that I was EXTREMELY bloated in my stomach! It did not hurt or anything, but i did not feel skinny xD. To walk around and be bloated and sluggish in the belly.. not my cup of tea.
The other thing that makes me pissed is their commercials, they have different people but they say EXACTLY the same thing, such a fucking bullshit. I think Nuvoryn is like any other diet pills = bullshit

Overcharged postage by Nuvoryn
I paid the supplement for next day delivery = emailed them 3 days later - no reply. Pills arrived on day4- no weight change yet! and still no apology for late delivery - or even an acknowledgment of my email. They seem like a shower of charlatans!
Unfortunately since then I have read about another pill called capsiplex which is endorsed by a few celebrities and one of the girls from Emmerdale (UK TV show) is interviewed - should have got that one! Thankfully I have only bought X 1 month of nuvoryn.

Sent the product back for a full refund surprise surprise no refund no replying to emails and a phone number directed to a call centre in BRAZIL..DO NOT BUY NUVORYN it's a scam

Nuvoryn is definitely a scam. The mislead on the website pretending that they have a warehouse in Australia where this is certainly not the case. Everytime you call the Aussie number you are referred to the states. Nobody calls you back or emails. Do not order anything because you will be taken for a big ride. I lost $180.00.

Money deducted from my credit card and no products, more than a month now. Received a ref number but I tried to reply on this email and it keeps comming back. Phoned the number on-site. Guy tells me someone will call me back, never happened. Still waiting. Have good connections with the Police Force, will not stop until I have what I paid for ......!!!!!!!! I am no puch-over, I can bite back.

Despite my credit card being charged, I have never received the goods My phone call to the UK line was answered eventaully by someone who only spoke Spanish and my emails have gone unanswered.

I ordered 3 bottles get one free in January 2012, Nathans Naturals took the money from my account on and have not delivered the pills to me. I also have written several emails and used the online form to enquire about my order. I received a letter stating that this product can't be shipped to South Africa and I would be funded, up until now they have not yet refunded me.
If anyone has been refunded please advise me. Kind Regards

I was also stupid and fell for this one. Also paid for two products, my credit card was debited and two months later i still have not received any products. My telephone calls and numerous e mails to the so called head office in the UK did not help at all. No product and still no money back into my account.

Returned pills however did not get my money back!!
I ordered the pills last year in April and returned them straightaway as i changed my mind about them. It said it would take up to 6 months to get my money back, however i still haven't!!
It's been 9 months now and still haven't received the money! Why? When will i get it back?

I ordered the Nuvoryn and Pure Cleanse products from Nathans Naturals in November 2012. In January 2013 after not receiving the goods I sent an email which they responded to by promising me a full refund of R1 486.00. It's now 5 months down the line and after sending numerous emails which they are now ignoring, the penny's beginning to drop......I think I've been SCAMMED!!!!!!!!!!!

Ma carte a été débitée d'environ 300 euros, j'ai reçu les produits plus tard sans aucune facture. J'ai décidé de refusé la commande aussitôt, j'ai renvoyé le colis en Collisimo (32,30 euros en plus) le 20 mai 2013. Résultat : carte débitée, pas de produits. Je ne sais pas où les contacter.
