I too am having the same problem of cancelling my monthly installments, cannot get through to anyone. Is there any legal channel to stop payment without changing my credit card as i have a number of regular withdrawals monthly? Why is this progamme been allowed to operate under this system?

I have tried many times to cancel my monthly payments and had no success at all.Is it going to be necessary to change my credit card to solve this problem as i have several other monthly withdrawals as well and is most inconvenient and why is this programme allowed to get away with not allowing easy access to cancel a supposedly normal contract?

have 5 charges for games i did not order. if you people charge my bank for one more game i will have a lawyer contact you. i tried to buy one game and it did not work. i let you no what was going on and you still charge, i am very upset that you people do these things when everyone has to pinch every penny. i want to cancel may account as of right now and i expect a refund for the money you took and was not suppose too. if you take any more i will find away to get my refund. same on you if anyone ask me about you i will tell them how bad you are and how you rip people off.this is nothing but a scam and there are conquences for doing that.
