liars!
Their TV ad is fake! Buy 1 lantern and get another one for free.. This is just a lie. They advertise $20 price + shipping while I was charged $45!! I called them and they said that I ordered lanterns which are different from the ones advertised. This is just lieas as I was actually placing the order via the phone after watching their ad. Beware!

Buyer, beware! this company is not what it caims to be!
This company is not what they claims to be! Purchased a lantern for $15 and was overcharged for more than $300 for NOTHING!! This company is a pure scam and they are not what they are! Tried to contact them but it seems that their website is a scam and they don't have any phone line! Buyer, beware and stay away!

ripped of my mom for $320!
This company ripped off my mother, who is very old. She does not have much money, but she wanted to buy this lantern she saw on TV. It was only $12 a piece. After she called the number and ordered the lantern, they have charged her $320! She can not afford to give away such money, she does not even have so much!

OVERCHARGED
I placed order for this item online. They said buy one for $12.99 + $6.99 (S/H) and get the second one for $9.99 + $0 (S/H). I was stunned when my card was charged $39.96 for 2 Lanterns. What is most shocking is that there was no page to review your order before you submit it for processing. They collect your card info and before you know what is happening you're already charged. Once you input your card info and you click next, there is no way to back out of the deal.
There was no where on their website nor their TV advertisement where they mention that the Lantern uses 2 D size batteries. They were intentional silent about that.
Buyers beware. I am sure this is a scam.

do not offer second lantern for free as said on TV
I wanted to purchase a lantern and get a second one for free since I saw that offer on TV. When I called them up, they said that there is no such thing, and that I would have to pay for both lanterns and shipping costs. How is this possible? Is it a scam?

Gross Overcharge for the Lanterns
When I saw the ad for the Brooklyn lanterns on Innovative Cable TV channel 22, TWC, at $12.99 each with the second one free, I went after it and decided to purchase a third. When the package arrived months later, and to my utter flabbergast and consternation, I was charged an almost whopping $70.00, almost double the price of what was advertised. For that kind of money, they should send me another three for what I paid. If you are you aware of any recourse that we have? Their mailing address moved so fast, I can't get to state and zip code in time so that I can write to them directly. Im looking for the ad everyday, to complete the address to write to them.
