The worst service ever! Consumer, beware and stay away from OMEGA RELOCATIONS!!! I purchased their services and we agreed on one price but later they overcharged me almost twice more. they said that it was for shipping but they even didn't use the premium shipping services! I guess it is just another money scam. Don't allow them to fool you!

Disgruntled with Omega after our move to France
DO NOT USE OMEGA RELOCATIONS. !!! CONSTANT BATTLES ABOUT PRICE. LIES ABOUT SERVICE AND DELIVERY TIMES. SWEET TALKING ALISA, ALL ABOUT THE SALE! WE MOVED WITH THEM FROM USA TO FRANCE. THEIR CHOSEN FRENCH AGENT BAILLY WAS ALO VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. OVERCHARGED. TO BE FAIR THE PACKING CREW IN USA WAS VERY GOOD, AND UNLOADING CREW IN FRANCE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. ONE ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, AND THEY REFUSED TO COVER IT OR MAKE A DONATION TO REPLACE IT. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THEIR INSURANCE (WITH A $250 DEDUCTIBLE) - AND THAT INSURANCE WOULD HAVE BEEN AT A HIGHER COST THAN REPLACING MY DAMAGED ITEM. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE BEING "SWEET TALKED" BY ALISA INTO CONTRACTING WITH OMEGA RELOCATIONS.

Poor service and unprofessional company
Poor service..., the worst freight company in the world without any doubt..., they’ll always tell you very good things about their experience and capabilities..., lies lies & more lies...that’s the real true. They have damaged all my furniture, apart of that, I found rat stools in my furniture!. I’m sure that their containers and warehouse are plenty of rats... . Very unprofessional company..., at the end will be your problem because they’ll not cover / pay you for any damage..., they’ll go around of the problem to do not recognize their unprofessional capabilities... nobody should use this poor and unprofessional “company”.
