Mislead and Scammed

On air only want to take our hard earned money through scamming and misleading us advertising fake deals, they advertised a DSTV EXPLORA3 with free dish & installation and delivery, for a monthly installation of R139, decoder delivered by 13th May 2019 and was promised that an installer will come within 7 working days. No installation done, for weeks even after several follow-ups, no success. But to my surprise they deducted money from my account! For what exactly? Was this the agreement? I was shocked! I reversed the money and denied them access to my account any longer. Now they send threatening SMS's demanding payments, they have no concern about their breach of contract, their non installation all they want is their money, for something not in my benefit, there's no installation done up to today, meaning they win I loose, is it fair for true? Now I'm tired of their ongoing threats, I request justice from all involved management of such. I no longer want anything to do with On Air, enough is enough now.
