Highway Robbers

One Point Technologies is simply the worst company imaginable. My apartment complex uses them as their water utility and my statements come electronically through e-mail. If I'm one day late paying the bill, there is an additional $30 late fee on the next billing cycle. I'm also charged every month for pest control which I don't use.

The company claims to have great service and appreciation for customers, but is not reasonable and doesn't practice good business ethics. In my humble opinion, this company does not care for its customers.
