OnlineNIC.com has zero customer service
Been using them for 7 years and no problem so far... best priced domains as well.. I wonder where all those bad publicity comes from? I have 1 @ godaddy - they're ok if your buying in bulk, otherwise onlinenic is far better.

can not renew my wed domain
I'm Aime Dufault, owner of Red River Coatings, Argyle, Mn. I had a young gentlemen do my web site for me, he registered it with your company. I tried to reach him the last 2 wks, I can not get in touch with him, he has member no. & password. I've tried to contact onlinenic.com, they we not do any action without member or password. I just want to renew!!!!!

Run by Idiots
The website is badly designed. Same design for 10 years plus. Takes ages to get to customer support and when one does get through, the support person is rude and unhelpful. Essentially, a scam website. Takes money away for every paypal transaction and the prices of domains is creeping upwards, often done without informing its customers. Stay away, there are better alternatives definitely.
