Non working SIM cards and bad customer service
I visited Paris from 3/17-3/21 hoped to buy a SIM card at a local store in Paris. I bought one at CDG airport, one of Relay stores as many of posting recommended. Since I was in a hurry, so didn't double check when the staff said it was good to go. Apparently, they needed to copy my ID to register properly, which they didn't. My frustration only got started to solve this issue with their stupid customer service. Long tory short, my case was so f- up by 1) non-proper registrtion and 2) non-working SIM (no credit in it due to second hand use) - meaning that this SIM card has used before. the stupid Orange people can't not figure this out until I spent more than an hour at an actual local Orange store in Paris. their email based customer service useless and working only 8-5. After me figuring out everything and sending nasty email, NO MORE RESPONSE. I ended up going back to the Airport and got a full refund after spending another 30 min there. this guys so stupid and can not figure out such a simple technical issue. forget this company.
