Denial of membership cancellation

Surprised I have signed up for free membership at the site Oranum.com and after a while decided to cancel it. After requesting cancellation and filing a form for that my membership still was not cancelled.
I understand, it is free to join, but every person has right to choose to be a member of this site or not to be. It seems that administration of this site violates basic human right of individual. Very disappointed.

Get a life people!

These people suck! I always click on websites that indicate that the website has free psychics that you can talk to. But those websites always lead into Oranum.com! They hype the website up so much by saying it’s free and they “pollute” websites by spamming their shitty advertisements that are pointless. I don’t know if it’s Oranum wanting their website to be heard or it’s just random people mistaking this website for a free psychic website. But I’m just gonna blame Oranum for now. When you see the ads for this website, you will think it’s free, but nope! When you go on there, you have to pay like 20 bucks for a private reading. Oh, and did I mention that you HAVE to go private for just one question?! Yeah, don’t think so idiots. Do these people seriously try their hardest just to decorate their rooms into convincing people that they are real magical psychics? Wow, I feel really sorry for them. Instead of doing this crap, they should really be having some sort of life. :( They obviously just want your money. If they need a job, they should get up off their lazy asses and go find one. Not just hope to get a job that requires sitting on their butts all day and telling people fake things about their future. Do NOT waste your money on this website!

Apolonia999 is a fake and very rude

Stay away from Psychic Apolonia999. She is rude and apathetic. You go into her/his ( I say that because this person presents as female but the profile says male) free chat and she blasts you with a badly written sales pitch about her famous love spell etc. when you try to talk to her she ignores you or glares. I told her she looked pretty and she responded with a glare and said "so". She has over twelve other accounts on other psychic webcam sites as well. She's just extremely rude and has an entitled attitude. She has tried to get other psychics on oranum removed on several different occasions .

Unauthorized credit card withdrawal

I was in the chat area for one of their workers and decided to purchase the smallest package which cost about $59 CAD. The worker stated that one message cost 30 points. Nowhere did it say on her page a 30 point option. So I chose 25 and she said to then choose the 5 point option to total 30. Come to find out their system charged me a second time as the message from the worker cost more than $58! They are running a scam and charging people without authorization on my credit account! I asked for a refund on the second charge and Oranum refused to give me the second amount back that I did not authorize!
