Ignored by hedocell and PayPal to cancel and return

First I must have clicked on PayPal instead of debit card. I tried for 3 hours to cancel the order I tried to email them.. any emails about email there is no phone number for customer service PayPal and Hedocell?? Then to top it off. They sent me something that is completely not compatible with the Moto E4. Even though I read it in the description several times?? Now, I can't get ahold of anybody to return it??? I read all the bad bad reviews.. I am flabbergasted. I don't understand how there even is business???
