Don't waste your time with this Scammers

Please accept my sincere apologies for the trouble this deal has caused you.

As always, our members are the most important part of our business, and it is always our goal to deliver quality experiences while introducing our members to new and exciting local businesses. However, when the businesses we partner with fail to live up to the level of service and quality that we expect, we do everything in our power to rectify the situation for our members! Our partners are responsible for providing the service that they are contractually obliged to deliver our members, but in the case that they refuse to honour the vouchers they’ve been paid for, Ouffer does issue refunds because we do value our members.

I’m not sure why you haven’t heard from us yet, and I’d like to help you get in touch with our Customer Service team so that we can sort out this situation for you. If your email has not been answered, we’d like to investigate why. If you can please forward the enquiry you sent previously to [email protected] we can look into the issue you’ve had and sort it out as soon as we can.

P.S Dave @ Ouffer I sent you an e-mail 7 days ago and you still could not be bothered providing a response.
They claim to be the inocent party. The ones that advertise a deal for you, but take no resposibility for the moneys or the offers validity. I find that interesting when in my case the money went to Ouffer first and they paid the supplyer????

I am so sorry to hear that you didn't get a response to your email. I can assure you that the only email I received from you was dated 22nd December - the date on which you last responded on this forum! It is obviously not in our best interests to literally ignore customer emails and you should rest-assured that we did not do so in this case.

In any case - my understanding is that your situation has since been resolved in the form of a full refund back to your account. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances - the service-provider was unable to honour the deal in question and in such cases - Ouffer will always strive to protect it's members and issue a full refund where necessary. The funds should be back with you already.

Again - I hope you can accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by this whole ordeal and am in no doubt that your next Ouffer experience will be a far more positive one! What a bunch of #!#!!@

I am in Australia and also have a serious complaint against Ouffer. I purchased an item 2 months ago, which was meant to be a xmas present. The item has still not arrived. I have contacted Ouffer by email, the only way they can be contacted. They directed me to the original company, who I can't contact. It's beyond a joke, they're beyond a joke, they can sell items cheaper because they're a fraud .

I, too agree Ouffer are a scam, a typical " dodgy brothers business".
I paid for a set of earings for my wife on the 14th December, 2011, guess what, it is impossible to contact this ? company by telephone
Have submitted the complaint to PAYPAL who in turn contacted Ouffer who stated the product had been forwarded, ?To where and to whom?
I have been "stung" luckily for only a small amount, BEWARE"
iT IS NOW THE 12th February 2012 and still no goods.

I am waiting to hear form someone!!! I have been charged for a deal, that I did not purchase... This is NOT good enough!! I let you know straight away, and have even offered to have a credit, and purchase something else... I will be following this up with my bank... I dont know who Jamal is ????? Very sus... NOT HAPPY... Steer clear of Ouffer... I will be ringing Paypal tommorow... which I had seen this sight ..Before, , , , I would have blocked Ouffer form my emails...

If this Ouffer was legit!! Why does not some one get back to me?????????? And why when I opened a post on Facebook, was I charged!!! I would like a full refund... I will have to go to the bank, and ring Paypal... Warning... Do NOT have Ouffer Emails sent or Post anything from Ouffer on your Facebook Wall... Someone called Jamal ???? Has refused a refund...Of MY MONEY !!! Well I dont think so... I will let Payapl know about all the negative feedback form these scammers.

I have the same complaint. They are untruthful and engage in seriously questionable practices. Do not buy from ouffer.com unless you want to throw your money down the toilet.

Avoid this website at all costs

I, have been trying to sort out an issue, for 6 weeks, keep getting email, problem deemed solved... everyone has first names only.. Jamal ? Tia ?? Dont open ANYTHING from Ouffer. They are as dodgy as... I have made several complaints to Paypal.. who are now looking into them, and will be aware of them... I am claiming against my institution/Bank... I did offer to take a full credit to account.. But no.. wouldnt do... No one looks into this.. and NO.. Jamal ? It is not solved... Wish I had seen this before, I signed up for Ouffer.. Spreets, LivingSocial, Cudo.. AL GREAT!! DONT DO OUFFER.. Scammers. Big Time...

PACK OF LYING SCAMMERS OUFFER

The story is that my husband and I were married in March & could not afford a honeymoon immediately after our wedding. We have been saving money for our trip and due to my husbands work commitments as a Sailor in the Royal Australian Navy, the only time of the year he is guaranteed to be home & available to travel is Christmas & New Year.
Ouffer.com.au had a coupon / voucher for sale for Bangkok & Koh Samui for $1399. I pondered over it for two days printed off the advertisement, terms and conditions & spoke to my husband about it. As we had a little over the amount required, we upgraded the package to the “romance” deal which came to $1649. The only dates we could see on the page were “after 2 August 2012, bookings for specific dates during the validity period will be accepted on a 'first in, best dressed'
basis- all bookings must be made before 30 August 2013”
So I thought, excellent I will just book first thing in the morning on the 2nd of August for our holiday in late December.
I added the package to my basket and checked out after printing the terms and conditions. I paid with PayPal and was directed back to the deal page where it displayed the “fine print” AFTER I PAID! The fine print stated that there were block-out periods that applied – periods that include the one and only time we can travel December – January!
I paid with PayPal at 0944am Monday 23rd July. I immediately sent an email to support LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER PAYING at 0953am explaining that I did not see any block out dates until after paying and that I cannot travel at any other time & could my transaction please be cancelled & refunded.
There have been about 12 emails back and forth now between myself and customer service member “Steph” and now I am liaising with “Jamal” who I believe is a manager. They do not have a phone number to contact them on and they continually reply to my pleas for a refund with “no refund will be given due to customer changing mind or not reading terms properly”. We did read thoroughly & I printed the terms and conditions and no dates were stated.
I have also posted a request for assistance on their Facebook wall on three occasions this week, to have all three of my posts deleted and I am now BLOCKED from posting and commenting on their wall full stop.
I know it is irrelevant to the complaint but this is causing me a great deal of stress resulting in chest pain as we have probably just lost ALL the money we had worked our backsides off to save for our dream honeymoon and no one at Ouffer is willing to provide anything apart from automated-like responses telling me that no way no how will they be giving us a refund.
AVOID OUFFER LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ouffer#316 Moblie Hand Car Wash-Seven Shine Cleaning Services

I tried to book the mobile hand car washes. I waited for over an hour past the time they said they would be here.
I phoned and they said they had more urgent business to do. I said at least they could have rung to tell me. They said for
$20 it wasn't worth it. I waited for them to call back to redate the booking.
They said to forget it and get my money back from Ouffer.
Hence the complaint. Not happy Jan!!!

Wristwatch never received

I have ordered a pair of wristwatch for my two daughters, sent several emails but they never get back to me to let me know where are they up to with the delivery. This is a cheating company just like to take money from you and finish with you. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS LIKE OUFFER.
