Treats Members Poorly

Warning, once you are a member the service quality goes way down! Even when you get through their reservation wait times and are able to make a reservation they will call and randomly change them as they see fit. We had a reservation to take our pet and got 2 different calls, first changed us to a different pet unit, the second changed us to a non-pet unit. They are clearly bumping us to put others in these units and we have been members for 10 years. I am really bummed. This membership is a huge waste of time and money.
