Complaint outsurance

Good day, it so uncalled for my policy number is OT**********9, and I am livered, because my husband went to national glass on 18th sept 19, to have his Jetta inspected which they did the inspection, and I was sent a reference number, I called outsurance on the 29th sept 2019, and they stated it was not on the system at all as inspected, this is an absolute waste of our time as customers, firstly outsurance wastes our petrol, vehicle maintenance, petrol and puts stress on a customer, I called national glass to ask for help, they stated call outsurance thats all we can do. Outsurance MUST get their priorities in order because I have been a customer for 10 YEARS, else I'll go to MIWAY which will put me more at ease and give me less stress. I am very disgusted with outsurance for NOT been responsible, as we stated by outsurance to do our part else we not insured. I'm so disgusted, shows me there is a NO CARE ATTITUDE.
