Ripped off for pay and verbal abuse
The problem with Over the Road is that they don't pay their bills to other carriers or anyone else for that matter. Richard Meyers is nothing but a tyrant and a bully. He treats everyone like they are garbage and that he's doing them a favour by giving them a job. DO NOT work for this company unless you want to work for nothing. Tom is the new guy and Richards' puppet. He has no clue what really goes on. He hasn't had his pay cheque bounce yet - just wait Tom - your day will come.

If you have any conscience at all I would run as fast as you can or you'll need medication soon
How many OO do you know at OTR that have been there longer than 6 months not counting relatives?
Do you tell the guy who starts that you won't tell him what the freight pays that you put on his truck?
Still the same disregard for HOS?
CVOR still gone ?
Richard still professes to be a freight expert ?( anybody can undercut the lowest freight rate if the truck has no say in it)
Still loose the address you were supposed to send the check to?
Still take 25% off the lowest freight rates ?
Still write post dated cheques that bounce ?
Or you just put stop payment on them?
Still change Banks every few months ?
Does Richard rent an apartment in the basement of the courthouse ?
Does he still counter sue everybody to try to intimidate the people who have the balls to take him to court ?
