While this behavior is probably not legal, it is not "bait and switch". Learn the terminology before you start ripping a company. They deserve a complaint but you must make sure it is the right complaint.

"If you advertise a sale price and don’t update to the actual price…in my state (NJ) you have to give the customer the item at the sale price or give the customer a ‘rain check’ to get the item, at the sale price, at some later date."
Please cite the actual law covering this and how it applies to online retailers.

Scam
This is where if you bought it with a credit card you could have charged back against them. It is something some of us do not like to do, meaning use a credit card but over a debit card the credit card companies take fraud very seriously as it is the main cost of doing business for them, As well when a company gets many charge backs they are charged more for each offense on there merchant account.

items they sell are not new, beware!
purchased an electronics from this store. When I received my order I found that all items I purchased were used but they sold it to me like new and charged as for new items. I tried to return them but I never received a refund and also they avoid any communications with me. Beware and don't buy from them!

False advertisement! Purchased a genuine leather items from them but received just a cheap Chinese junk! Beware and read carefully all descriptions and also terms and conditions otherwise you will be scammed by them and won't get your money back!

Fake things
I would not purchase from this company ever again. They sell fake things. I have bought a leather chair, which of course was not leather at all. Those photos of the items on their website are also fake.

did not replace the bad product
I have come across a problem, which I am not able to resolve. The product that I have purchased from this company had a defect, and they did not agree to replace it, although it did cost a lot.
I ma very disappointed, as I thought that such a big company should help its clients.

Stay away from this company
This company doesn't honor their own customers and their rights! According to their rules customer is always wrong!
They refused me to cancel my purchase which I made the same day and it was against their own cancellation policy. When I contacted them I received the most rude service ever. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Beware and stay away!

didn't let me exchange the chairs
They would not let me exchange the brand new chairs I have purchased because they were not the color I wanted! That is BS! I did not use them yet, why not exchange???
