I buy Electric Skateboard from Ownboard

I purchased many things from Ownboard.net, I purchased E-Skateboard from them and the battery. I then purchased a mini-board, very great deals, they worked for two year or they can't charge, I contacted Ownboard for help and they say : free replacement.. ....thank god!

Ownboard is a SCAM

I ordered an Ownboard over three weeks ago and despite numerous emails to the company and messages on WeChat and about every possible form of communication. They have not told me where the board is, when it will get to me or why it’s been delayed so long. Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered and genuinely believe it to be a scam. Do not buy from here, it’s not worth the hassle of their ineptitude.

No Ownboard has shipped Scam

I ordered my ownboard September 25th and I still have not got any tracking updates and cannot get the company to respond to tell me what is going on with my order when I type in the order number they gave me at their website it says my order does not exist . It's been over 2 weeks and I cannot get any response from customer service. When and if I get my money back through PayPal I'm thinking about looking at the AE boards same ESC controller 10 more batteries and a much longer range for the same price. I really feel like I have been scammed.
