Billed me when I have a closed account
employees of owtel use to sell their client's tel number to other telemarketers so dont wonder if lots of telemarketer calls u are receiving.. JOHN WILMAR CUE, is the mastermind of that goddamn modus. together with EMMYLOU MOLANO, JENNYLIND PILONGGO, JOANNA ROSE ALBERTO, DANDY ORDONIA, CRIISELLE MEDRANO, and lots more!!! pls stop your illegal business bullshits!!!

this service is a scam, john wilmar cue, dandy ordonia, eduard pastrana, shydy vargas, ireshbel belmonte, henry velasco, alan bolibar, michael dela cruz, hervacio kinatakan, demetrio torcato, angelo gososo, emelou molano, lanie quinsanos, criselda galang, manny delos santos are scammers, please beware of these names, if someone called you unknown <----this is a call from OWTEL..
UNKNOWN is only OWTEL calls. dont give out you cards to the owtel CS, they are using your cards to other purposes. and owtel saves your CC info, even if you process online

tricked me
billed me after using their so called free trial call. what made me mad is the fact that they keep on bugging me to use their free trial call and give you a call as many times as they could using Unknown caller even if you have been refusing their offers.they didnt stop until i finally decided to do what they asked me to do just for them to stop calling me. And this is what i get ..a bill...
