Wouldn't recommend

I ordered the palliser Barbara sofa from reeds furniture store in Agoura Hills. The couch is 2 inches shorter than the specs said it would be and has a big Divet in the cushion. They are not going to replace the couch. Hopefully they will fix the cushion.. Its really sad and unfortunate that this company doesnt care about customer satisfaction. Is it really unreasonable to expect what you paid for?
