Poor quality, bad customer service
We purchased a large power-reclining sectional for almost $4,000 US. Within a few months two of the controls had chipped where the cord enters the body of the control. The original seller wouldn't replace them because they still functioned. Now one has stopped working completely and the original seller is out of business. It's taken 5 tries over three weeks to get an answer from Palliser. Even though the controls were cheaply made and cracked within a few months of the original purchase they won't replace them. It only surprised me because my brother has had good luck with Palliser customer service. I expected the same but maybe they've gone downhill in recent years. I won't buy another Palliser. Replacing the part would have been a very cheap way for them to keep a customer. Instead they want to sell me the part and charge me almost as much again for shipping.
