Phoenix material on sofa
Bought a sectional from Palliser in September 2013. 7 years later the Phoenix material is disintegrating. It is delaminating, cracking and peeling. The retailer contacted Palliser and offered me a $100.00 credit. The credit proves they are aware of the problem but hardly compensates me adequately since i now have to buy a new sofa. They no longer offer phoenix material. Contacting Palliser has been an exercise in futility.
