Would DEFINITELY not buy again!
Less than 6 months ago, we purchased two zero gravity recliners for $3,700.00, and they were delivered as promised.
FIRST, they don't match. In full upright position, the back of one of them leans much farther back than the other.
SECOND, these are THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIRS EVER. The backs feel like they are stuffed with marbles. And the bottoms are starting to feel that way too. We've tried pillows and cushions, but nothing seems to help. Still uncomfortable .
Our retailer came to look at them and at first said they were fine. They came again and Paliser has sent new brackets for the leaning-back chair, but they are not yet installed. Frankly, I don't hold out much hope.
Retailer has declined a refund or even an exchange for something else.
Bottom line, we are out $3,700.00, money we could not afford to waste.
WISH WE HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE WE BOUGHT!!! You can learn from our mistake.

Do nor but warranty or products
The worst piece of furniture I have ever bought.Being a person who has faith in the company La-Z-Boy I went against my better judgement and purchased a Palliser. When this recliner was purchased I was not told that this whole chair was not all leather.My husband was with me so I certainly did not misunderstand what I was told. A price of 1400.00 plus dollars should not have the problems this chair has with the terrific tears in the leather as well as the fake leather. The arms are both ripped in a vertical tears on the inside and out.The side inside where you must push the buttons to recline are so bad that you can cut your hand on it.This chair being only a few years olds is a disgrace.We are a retired couple who are not home using this as an all day is an inappropriate matter.No grandchildren living wth in a400 mile distance to use it.a disgrace .I called Fast Furniture in Sydney Nova Scotia but even with the extended warranty there is always an excuse as we all know.. The manager gave me the phone number to the factory where It was made 18664440777 .Useless. The store in Sydney finally got back to me .Yes they will send the leather 350.00 and I will have to pay an upholster to do it which will be no less than 150.00. , are they crazy. $500.00 more. Let me add to this ,as you can imagine my anger.the extended warranty was for cut in the leather .they had nerve to say I should have called earlier when it happened .oh yes I did,.when the first cut was there I called a year ago ,.more in it now. Trying to find a way to cover thin ugly mess

Buyer's Regret
Recently we purchased 2 leather power recliners (Strata).What was wrong with me for not checking out surveys on Palliser. I was looking forward to a comfortable couch after having one that was too soft, now I have one that has been manufactured too hard. It is so hard to even put in words just how hard the sofa is on a person's back. This is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever had. I am so sorry that I went with Palliser. Sitting on it in the store & than waiting for it to be constructed was a few months.Once it came I thought I would get used to the discomfort but no. Never again. My back hurts so much from sitting on the Palliser sofa. Not to mentioned that I cannot reach with my feet the floor and I am not short person( I am 5.5). The construction and the quality is so poor and too expensive. we paid 6K for these 2 pieces hoping that this would be great spent money. Now we have junk and noone want to seat on it. Please before you buy Palliser do a research. What you see in the store is not what you are getting.

DANG! Wish I had seen these reviews! I AGREE, my Titan Palliser sectional was THE WORST PURCHASE ever! Looks good but the seat cushions materials provide no support let alone comfort AFTER LESS THAN SIX MONTHS of use. Their "warranty" recommends to not sit in the same place...move around. Well, even if I did follow such ridiculous recommendation I would wear out the four seats in two years before I've paid for this overpriced piece of crap!
