Poor Manufacturing

To the reviewer who said he is a furniture retail rep. You stated Palliser does not manufacture in Mexico. I just received a Palliser Sofa, and the tags all say Made in Mexico. In addition I have had the sofa for 1 month and the leather is already loose. There is a butt imprint from whomever sits on it. Hamilton Sofa Gallery, who I purchased it from, sent out a rep who took pictures, but said it was normal “relaxation” of the leather and he would send in the complaint, but doubted Palliser would agree to do anything. Instead I received a video from the store, made by Palliser showing the “normal buckling of the leather, and how to smooth it out. It is BS. It doesn’t smooth out. Either the leather which is supposedly a top grade, was not applied tight enough, or the cushions are under stuffed. I am waiting for the owner of Hamilton Sofa Gallery to follow up. My advice to others having similar problems with Palliser, to contact your state department of Consumer Affairs if Palliser won’t fix it.
