Think before you Purchase Pallister

I was looking to purchase a leather recliner chair and was told by a furniture dealer that I couldn’t go wrong with a Pallister recliner. One of the best he stated. So I decided to check out the reviews. So glad I did. Terrible reviews about them. Customer service doesn’t exist. I called Pallister twice and never received a reply back from them. If they won’t talk to you before a sale well then they certainly won’t talk to you after a sale if there’s any issues. I bought a leather recliner from another Canada manufacturer. FYI—Learned also that Pallister outsources lots of there furniture to Mexico and Asia.
