HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Thats ridiculous! Sounds like someone who only wanted to do things their own way. I graduated just recently from Palm Partners. They treated me very well! And for your information, I am dual diagnosed. They completely sorted out my meds, all non narcotic, and got me out from the grips of my drug dealer doctor. I find it absolutely disrespectful and moronic when people refuse to try something innovative and different, and when they leave they put up a bad review. If it's such a bad place, why were so many people there doing well? Why do I still keep in touch with 17 people who I met there and are all but one clean and sober still? Why do I have the tools to live a normal life now but you don't? Get a life!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Thankgod...how long were you at the facility? Are you still living down there? Or did you end up returning home? I hear they "recommend" people stay for 90 days then go into their outpatient program?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I think the OP started using again and is upset because of it. They are wanting to blame it on the facility instead of taking responsibilty for it themselves.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I have heard mixed reviews about these places really helping but also "brainwashing" people into thinking they cannot return home and distance themselves from family and friends. Anyone heard/felt that out there?

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
I disagree. I came to Palm Partners a few months ago because I was suffering from a very serious addiciton problem and my mom found out about it for me. At first, I refused to go but I realized that I really needed to stop before I died. I stayed 43 days there. They helped me understand why I was addicted, showed me how to be more confident. Relapse was never mentioned, but they showed me how to avoid it. The group counseling, the dancing, exercise, lectures, and more was just what I needed to open my eyes and see how selfish and destructive I was. Don't just take my word, or even the original complainer's word. Do your research first.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
THIS PLACE IS AN INSURANCE MILL! THEY DO NOT TREAT ANY DUAL-DIAGNOSIS OTHER THAN DEPRESSION OR ANXIETY!!! THEY LET CLIENTS DO WHATEVER THEY WANT INCLUDING WALKING OFF TO THE BEACH AND HOOKING UP!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY TAP YOUR INSURANCE AND PUT YOU ON THE STREETS! NOW THEY ARE LINKED UP WITH MICHAEL LOHAN -- GREAT MESSAGE!!! LOL

Palm Partners Review
My experience at Palm Partners was unparalleled. Before coming through this program, I went through 10 treatment centers, detoxes and outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers. I could not grasp the concept of being happy and sober. It wasn’t until I made the decision that I wanted a better life for myself, not for anyone else, that I held onto this program and gave it my all. If you take advantage of everything this program has to offer, your life will drastically improve. Palm Partners made me realize that I deserved a life beyond my wildest dreams and today I can honestly say I do. Life still happens and there are tough times, but because of the tools I gained at Palm Partners and through working the 12 steps I have a solution to these problems today.
