Fraud

I meet Bill Gayle in January of 2005 and wound up purchasing a lot in Heights of Pacifica Phase 1. in March of 2005. $20.000 later. After reading all the information and the Class Action Suit against these Frauds. What is the status of the Land it self, Did they ever have ownership of this land? Is our document real or is it a useless piece of paper. Do we own the land, if so are we able to any thing with it? Is it tied up in this Class Action Suit.?
We need to gather all the involved people up and hire a firing squad, just for the satisfaction.
