Liars
Purchased the medicines for my dog and I didn't receive them in time so my dog died. They promised me fast delivery (I paid for it as well) in 7 days, but I received my order just after one months. Send it back claimed for a refund - nothing happened. Fraudulent and dishonest company!

^ Customer is outright lying
I am the owner of PAWS TO ADMIRE and this is my response to this complaint: http://www.reviewstalk.com/complaints-reviews/paws-to-admire-l29429.html
This customer, "Peachy12" is a disgruntled customer who is now spreading lies about our company.
(1) We do not sell medications.
(2) She ordered on 9/11/12, her order shipped on 9/14, and she received it on 9/17. Here is the link to the tracking number for her order: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9400109699939113403095
(3) She paid for basic first class mail (5-7 business days).
This customer ordered a custom made item. All of our products are hand made to order, and we cannot accept returns on custom made products.
On ALL of our belly band pages, we have a link to our NO RETURN policy.
On the customer's invoice there is a link to our NO RETURN policy.
On the customer's order confirmation there is a link to our NO RETURN policy.
On our business card included with the order, it states our NO RETURN policy.
This customer emailed us yesterday telling us her dog died the day before and told us to provide return instructions.
We replied that we were very sorry to hear about the death of her dog, but unfortunately her order was hand made and custom made to order, and as stated on our website, we could not accept a return on her order.
She replied that since we weren't going to accept her return, that she would write up negative reports on us online for not accepting her return. She also commented that since we were not going to accept her return, it meant we had no compassion for animals.
I am not aware of any company that allows returns on custom made products. We are still very sorry to hear about the death of her dog, but not accepting her return is our company policy. We cannot re-sell products that were custom made for other customers. We are appalled that she called us a "scam". A company who quickly ships out the exact product the customer ordered is NOT a scammer. If we had made a mistake in the order we would have gladly fixed our error. But we did nothing wrong. She says we are the fraudulent and dishonest one - but everything she posted was a lie about our company and about this entire transaction. She lied about what we sell, she lied about paying extra for faster delivery, she lied about when she received her order (we have proof of all this), and she lied about sending her order back.
