charged me for no service
This company is a complete scam and they don't provide their services as they promise! Used their tech support when my PC was down, they charged me but the problem was never solved. These people simply scammed me out of money without a shame, and they refused me in a refund and ignored all my complaints! Beware and better stay away from them!

BEWARE of PC experts 247
These people are like leaches. Once they get on you, you can hardly get them off. PC experts 247 will call you and tell you that your security has been breached. Hackers are spying on you as I speak. The only way to rid your computer of these "bad" men is to have us install our special anti-hacker security software and do a total scan, using our software, of your computer.
We will then do a check up weekly by phone and then access your computer by you logging on to the special software that we will install.
Cost? You ask? Why only $399.99.
Once you sign on your hooked. These people will show you batch files that look like your computer's IP address is being used by 6 others at the same time!
It's a bunch of b.s. They will keep calling and ask for more money all the time. The phone calls are never ending.
They got me to the tune of $5534.00

They try to scare you
I purchased a 3 year service contract from them. A Norton Tech was working on my machine. He recommended this company. The tech was in India and I knew it was an Indian company. The first year they were fine. Now they try to sell me things. They use scare tactics. I was told that I had a Trojan and that Norton does not protect against Trojans and that my IP address was comprised. Consequently, I could be held legally responsible for any actions using my IP address. Neither of these stories is true. In order to protect my computer and fix it properly I need to buy software from them or spend $1500 on software from staples. I told them to simply remove the Trojan. The tech claimed he did. The next morning I check my computer to increase the security and found that Windows need updating. I tried and It would not load the update. I then contacted them and argued with them on the phone. I spoke to a Neil Johnson. He admitted that Norton did protect against Trojans. After arguing he assigned me to a tech. Both he and the tech tried convincing me that there was no problem. The tech work on the problem for a few hours. He told me he good fix it. After some hours we talk and they told me that Windows had to be reinstalled and that there were Trojans in the machine. (There was one yesterday now there is more than one.) I was okay with that, but now they want to charge me. On another computer they reinstalled Windows for free this summer. When I got more upset with them and told them I was going to another company (one from an American retail store) they hung up on me. I know I lost money on the contract and they refuse to honor. They claim the can terminate it without a refund. I sent an email to 60 minutes. They need to be stopped.
