I paid for a service that does not work.
You offer me a (email offer) PDF Suite Standard - 2012 - Special system for AU$29.95 and charge me AU$73.80 twice a total of AU$147.60. What the hell is going on ? At least give me the chance to redeem my money!

Upgrade to PDF suite Pro 2013
Hi,
I bought "Upgrade to PDF suite Pro 2013"($19.95)&"Extended Download Protection"($7.95).Total $27.90.After downloaded
them,I couldn't open my webpage.As a result,I had to restore my PC to its old self.I wish they return my $27.90 to me.

I bought"PDF suite 2012"(PDF 9.0:3 yrs:$35.85;Extended download protection:$7.95;1 click to PDF:$11.95;Quad driver fix:$0.00;Quad Antispyware:$17.88-Total $73.63) on1.2.13.It didn't work,and they still got my money.

Can't transfer my PDF to my new computer
I have a new computer and cannot get my PDF on it from my old computer.

PDF suite 12
I can not find how to download what I paid for. I can not get Customer Support from ADOBE.COM. I have printed the page but I can not find out where the License Key / Login Information is suppose to go. It was sold by Sponsor 1006351 who ever that is.
I can not believe ADOBE wants this kind of advertisement. In the ADOBE web page they do not list Suite Standard 2012.
Does any know what is going on??

Cancellation
If I ordered this I was unaware of it. Did not get a bill from you except on our credit card and don't know how you got it. I don't pay for programs at my work site Please cancel. Your "Free" advertisement is fraudulent and deceptive. You need to change your technique.
