I do not trust buying on the internet any more
Hello, I needed a white princess dress for Halloween for my 7 year old. I found thee dress on-line & gave theem all her measurements. They even e-mailed me back to get additional measurements to make sure it fit. I ordered it October 10, 2011 & told theem I needed it by October 25the. I just received by October 19the. The dress fits her perfectly.When I ordered thee dress, I didn't realize it was coming from China. So, when I got thee receipt stating it was from China, I was very scared theat I wouldn't get thee dress on time or theat it would not look like thee picture. I was wrong! I would TOTALLY order from theem again!!! My little girl & I are very pleased. Just make sure you have all of your measurements right. Also, theere is a phone number, live chat and email address theat you can contact in thee US withe any questions or concerns. Good luck!!!

To be fair to the peridress people, I have to admit that the dress arrived very quickly (probably since they sent me one that has been returned by someone) and I do not have problems contacting the costumer service. All this aside, the dress is still garbage and it seems like their reply is always generic. I'm just wondering if they are stalling so I will run out of time for the PAYPAL refund. For now the most frustrating thing is everyone including KALA PAULA here telling me that I don't know how to use a tape measure and how to try on a dress. There isn't enough fabric to cover my back and everyone's solution is for me to lace it up... GREAT!!! Why didn't I think of that! I do not doubt that there might be some people that got lucky and are happy with the dresses but I'm not one of them. I do not trust the company to remake it, and thankfully I have enough time to buy it somewhere else. As for you KALA, I wouldn't be surprised if you worked for the company since you have been using exactly the same terminology as the Peridress costumer service people. If you were a "real" person, after taking one look at the above photo, you would not tell me that lacing it up properly would do the trick. It's hard to believe that soon after I informed the company about writing reviews here, 2 random happy costumers appeared... Coincidence?

Yes why don't you contact them instead of posting dumbass questions on a COMPLAINTS board. There is a section for questions on this site and this isn't it. Also, there are complaints about the company posted on this site that you could have posted this crap on under comments.

ANGELA, I DOUBT YOUR DRESS WAS ONLY $200. WITH ALL THE EXTRA MATERIAL IT WOULD TAKE TO FIT YOUR FAT AZZ IN A DRESS, THAT PRICE WAS PROBABLY DOUBLED. DON'T THINK PEOPLE ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT YOU DON'T WORK FOR PERIDRESS AND YOU HAVE TO COME HERE AND DEFEND YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE IT SUCKS A BIG WEINER.

You can contact them by live chart. You can email them anytime as well. Their customer service will very glad to help you to solve any problems. You should measure yourself as the way show in their 'how to measure'. I bought the taffeta wedding dress from Peridress as well as two bridesmaid dresses. I received those ones in time of promised four weeks. When I called to my bridesmaids to try on, they were totally amazed at the dress qualities they saw. It was the same case with the wedding dress! The sizes are just copied from ourselves and fit perfectly! The color was the exactly one I selected on your color box. I just want to let every one know how greatly thanks I should give to them!

Yes, Peridress will be a good choice if you are going to purchase a dress. I ordered several dress from this website before, they are perfect. I'd like to share my experience with you. Their size will be different from others. You should measure yourself as the way show in the "how to measure". They also provide custom-made service. You can choose this if you can't find a suitable size from the size chart. Also you can email them, or talk with them on live chart. Their customer service will be very helpful.

It is an online dress shop with seven years history, I just told myself I should do the choice in the seas of different styles and designs, whose price framework is 100$~500$. I received the package in 6 weeks afterwards the order was placed online. I was timely informed where the step was during the order procedure and dress manufacture. Everything went smooth.I tried on the dress to find what it looks like. Absolutely beautiful and perfect fits, especially of the costume jacket, I couldn’t cheat myself to say! The shopping experience shew me more trust in online dress shops! I will be back to purchase more dress from peridress

Maybe there is something wrong with the shipping company. And I don't think dispute the charges is a good way to solve the problem. From my own experience, they reply my email very quickly. Actually, you can contact with them on live chart as well. I purchased a wedding dress from them, the parcel arrived in time. And the dress is perfect. I will purchase more dresses from peridress in the future.

I find that they post their experience through Blog now. I find many blogs are very helpful. Such as "How To Place The Order Successfully On Our Wedding Dress Website ?". I believe that this will be good for you and many other girls who never place an order on line. And I also find the coupon in their blogs. Cute guys.

You are right Runa002, and I would have loved to find out that after the disaster everyone received their dresses in perfect condition upon the complains. I would have felt much better knowing that you can get a dress that is well made off internet from China...

I also have purchased a wedding dress from peridress. I can’t express how lucky I am to find this company to make my wedding dress! I received my wedding dress in time! It is very well made and in very good condition. It was a bit long when I tried it on, but I wore heels on my wedding day so that worked! Also I love all the beautiful handmade work on my dress, they are AMAZING and I am thrilled! I got a lot of compliments on my wedding day!

It’s my second delivery from Peridress website, excellent quality, and very fast delivery. I recommend this provider if you are interested in the dresses. As far as I know, they have their own size chart. We need to choose the size from their size chart. Good Luck.
