Lying to customers and giving wrong information
I am fully agreed with you, when I went there to service my car, it cost me RM572, sound crazy as they keep on asking me to change this and that...I won't go there any more!!

Lying to customers and giving wrong information
my car was hit and there is dent on behind door and bumper is detached abit. i went to ask for car repair and they told me RM800+ if change the bumper, RM490 if not change bumper. then i went to another shop (not perodua), it is only RM400+ and RM280 respectively. after i go home, perodua called and said they can further discount -RM50 but i think it is still expensive.
