the worst fitness center ever!
Pivotal Fitness (Trolly Road, Summerville SC Summerville , South Carolina USA)
I used their services for a while and I will never recommend this fitness center to anyone! These people simply don't care of their customers and are unable even to provide adequate facilities like shower etc. Shower was broken for 6 month and nobody fixed it after many complaints. They increase rates monthly without a reason and notice. Their customer support is rude and helpless.
After all this I will never go there again!

The conditions of the mats and the seat covers are unacceptable. Seat covers are ripped and the mats are horrible. It has been brought to the managements attention but he does nothing to correct the problem. He even has a negative attitude when you say that it is unsanitary to have the tears in the seat covers and the mats. Since they can not be cleaned adequately.
